Product Overview
TLE493DA2B6HTSA1 is a low-power 3D hall sensor with an I²C interface. The TLE493D-A2B6 is designed for all kinds of sensing applications, including the following gear stick position, control elements in the top column module and multi-function steering wheel, multi-function knobs, and pedal/valve position sensing.
- Magnetic linear range (full range) is ±160mT min (-40°C < Tj < +125°C)
- Resolution, 12-bit LSB12 (short range) is 65µT/LSB typ (Tj = +25°C, 0 h and VDD = 3.3V)
- X-Y angular measurement mode, AEC qualified
- Power down mode with 7nA (typ) power consumption
- 12-bit data resolution for each measurement direction plus 10-bit temperature sensor
- Variable update frequencies and power modes (configurable during operation)
- Triggering by external µC possible via I²C protocol
- Interrupt signal to indicate a valid measurement to the microcontroller
- Supply voltage range from 2.8 to 3.5V (supply voltage must be above restart level)
- PG-TSOP6-6-8 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C (Tj = Ta +3K in fast mode)
