HT7130-1-SOT89TRLF

The HT7130-1-SOT89TRLF is a 30mA 3-terminal fixed low power high Voltage Regulator implemented in CMOS technology. It allows input voltages as high as 30V. The TinyPower™ LDO with several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.1 to 5V. CMOS technology ensures low voltage drop and low quiescent current. Although designed primarily as fixed voltage regulator, this device can be used with external components to obtain variable voltages and currents.
