FMKANC 32-005 is a no-clean flux cream that has proven its merit, especially in all repair processes in SMD technology. It is a flux in a cartridge dispenser. It can easily and precisely be applied by means of the FLUX-PEN or cartridge, supplied with plunger and needle. This flux is ideal for all soldering, desoldering and rework applications.
