Product Overview
PI6C49X0202WIE is a low skew, 1-to-2 LVCMOS/LVTTL high performance fanout buffer. The PI6C49X0202 has a single ended clock input. The single ended clock input accepts LVCMOS or LVTTL input levels. The PI6C49X0202 features a pair of LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs. Guaranteed output and part-to-part skew characteristics make the PI6C49X0202 ideal for clock distribution applications demanding well defined performance and repeatability.
- LVCMOS/LVTTL clock input accepts LVCMOS or LVTTL input levels
- ESD protection (HBM) is 2000V
- Core supply voltage is 3.3V typ at 3.3V operation, TA=-40°C to 85°C
- Output supply current is 6.5mA maximum at unloaded, 25MHz, TA=-40°C to 85°C
- Output frequency is 250MHz max at VDDO=3.3V, VDD=3.3V ±5%, TA=-40°C to 85°C
- Output skew is 25ps typ at VDD=3.3V ±5%, TA=-40°C to 85°C
- Output rise time is 300ps typ at VDDO=3.3V, VDD=3.3V ±5%, TA=-40°C to 85°C
- Output fall time is 300ps typ at VDDO=3.3V, VDD=3.3V ±5%, TA=-40°C to 85°C
