- Low forward voltage drop, high forward surge current capability
- PowerDI5 package

- Average rectified output current is 3A at TA = +25°C
- Operating temperature range from -65 to +150°C
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 100V min at IR = 0.2mA, TA = +25°C
