Product Overview
AP2138N-3.3TRG1 is an ultra-low quiescent current CMOS LDO regulator IC. It consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network for setting output voltage and a current limit circuit for current protection. This IC features high output voltage accuracy, extremely low quiescent current and low dropout voltage which make them ideal for use in various power sources for portable applications. Applications include battery powered equipment, reference voltage sources, cameras, video cameras, portable AV systems, mobile phones, communication tools, portable games.
- Input voltage range from 2.5 to 6V
- Quiescent current is 1.0µA typ at IOUT=0
- Output current is 250mA min at TJ=+25°C, IOUT=40mA, CIN=COUT =1µF
- Dropout voltage is 20mV typ at IOUT=10mA
- Output voltage temperature coefficient is ±330µV/°C typ TJ=+25°C, IOUT=40mA, CIN=COUT =1µF
- Load regulation is 25mV typ at 1mA ≤ IOUT ≤ 100mA
- Line regulation is 6mV typ at 4.6V ≤ VIN ≤ 6V
- 3.3V fixed output voltage

- Temperature range from -40 to +85°C
