Product Overview
CY7C65216-24LTXIT is an USB-I²C single channel bridge controller. It is compliant to BCD specification rev 1.2. It integrates a voltage regulator, an oscillator, and flash memory for storing configuration parameters. It supports bus-powered and self-powered modes and enables efficient system power management with suspend and remote wake-up signals. It is widely used in application such as medical/healthcare devices, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, test and measurement system, gaming systems, set-top box PC-USB interface, industrial, networking, enabling USB connectivity in legacy peripherals etc.
- Supports communication driver class (CDC), personal healthcare device class (PHDC)
- Integrated USB termination resistors
- 256bytes each transmit and receive buffer
- General-purpose input/output (GPIO) pin is 8
- 512byte flash for storing configuration parameters
- Clocking integrated to 48MHz clock oscillator
- Operating voltage is 1.71V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C
- Package style is 24pin QFN (4.00 × 4.00 × 0.55mm, 0.5mm pitch) (Pb-free)
