The CTB3000/3 is a 3-way PCB-mount terminal block designed for secure and reliable wire-to-board connections in control, signal, and low-voltage power applications. Featuring a 5.08 mm pitch and a rising-clamp termination system, it accommodates wire sizes from 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm² (30–12 AWG), ensuring strong retention for both solid and stranded conductors. The block is rated for 16 A at 250 V (UL rating 12 A at 300 V) and offers excellent electrical performance with a dielectric strength of 2 kV and impulse withstand capability up to 4 kV. Its housing is manufactured from flame-retardant PA66 nylon with a UL94-V0 rating, providing durability and safety in demanding environments. Nickel-plated brass contacts and captive zinc-plated steel screws deliver long-term reliability, while the compact design optimizes PCB space.
