Product Overview
The CTB0100/3 is a three-pole interlocking screw-type PCB terminal block from the CamdenBoss CTB0100 series. It features a 5 mm pitch and is designed for through-hole PCB mounting using a rising-clamp mechanism for secure wire connection. The block is rated for 24 A at 250 V, with UL approval for 14 A at 300 V, and supports wire sizes from 0.2 mm² to 4.0 mm² for solid conductors and 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm² for stranded conductors (approximately 30AWG - 12 AWG). Its housing is manufactured from UL94-V0 flame-retardant polyamide, typically supplied in green or grey. The contacts and clamps are made from tinned, nickel-plated brass, and the captive M3 steel screws are zinc-plated with a recommended torque of 0.5 Nm. The unit offers a dielectric strength of at least 2 kV and impulse withstand voltage of 4 kV, and operates reliably up to 110 °C. It includes a double interlocking feature for enhanced mechanical strength and guided-pin alignment for easy assembly. The CTB0100/3 is RoHS compliant and approved to UL and VDE standards.
