Product Overview
The HLMP-4000 from Avago is a through hole, 2mm x 5mm round bicolour 3 leaded LED. The bicolour of LED are green and high efficiency red. This bicolour light sources are designed for a variety of applications where dual state illumination is required. There are two LED chips mounted on central common cathode lead for maximum on-axis view ability. Colours between the two chips can be generated by independently pulse width modulating the LED chips.
- Standard size of T-1 3/4 (5mm)
- 3 leads with one common cathode
- Option of straight or spread leads configuration
- Diffused wide visibility range
- Minimum luminous intensity of 2.1mcd for red and 4.2mcd for green
- Dominant wavelength of 626nm for red and 570nm for green
- Peak wavelength of 635nm for red, 568nm for green
- Forward voltage of 1.9V for red and 2.2V for green at 20mA
- Forward current (If) is 10mA for green and red
- Operating temperature range from -20°C to 100°C
