The CHV series from Bourns are thick film high voltage chip resistors. The resistance range includes E24 and E96 decade values from 100K to 100MGohm with 1% and 5% tolerance. Typical applications include high voltage applications and consumer electronics.
- Temperature coefficient is ±100ppm/°C (1%), ±200ppm/°C (5%)
- Maximum operating voltage up to 3KV, power rating up to 1W at 70°C
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +155°C
- Approved by UL1676 E466353 standards
- UL/IEC 60950 and 60065 compatible
