The CDSOT23-T24CAN is a CANbus protector device designed to safeguard CAN transceivers against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and surge events. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-5 standards, offering robust protection for industrial control networks and automotive systems. With low capacitance and leakage current, it ensures minimal impact on signal integrity while supporting high-speed CAN communication. Its compact SOT-23 package simplifies PCB layout and compliance with EMI requirements.

- Protection Type: Dual TVS diode array for two CAN I/O lines
- Compliance: IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) up to 30 kV, IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection (500 V)
