Product Overview
ESG 3 is an inrush current limiter. Inrush current limiting option for limiting the inrush current in power tools, transformers and other loads with high switch-on or inrush currents. The 2 x mains cables with safety plug and with safety plug and safety coupling DIN 49440-1 (GER) for mobile use. Current-controlled with no-load detection, hence full current limit protection, even if momentarily switched back on.

- May be used anywhere for stationary and mobile applications
- Very good moisture protection due to XtraDenseFill resin encapsulation
- Dynamic limit times for optimum inrush of loads with high inrush currents
- Degree of protection IP65 (enclosure), IP44 (plug/connector)
- Maximum ambient temperature is 40°C
- Rated voltage is 230VAC, rated frequency range from 50 to 60Hz
- Rated current is 16A, internal impedance is 7.8ohm
- Dimension is 0.102mm width x 70.1mm height x 120.9mm depth
- Mains connecting cable with DIN49440,1 protected contact plug DIN 49440-1 (GER) terminal input
