Product Overview
The MAX4940CTN+ is a quad, unipolar/bipolar, high voltage digital pulser in 56 pin TQFN package. This high voltage, high speed pulser is independently configured for either unipolar/bipolar/multilevel pulse outputs. Device has independent logic inputs for full pulse control and independent active clamps. The high voltage pulser with 8.5ohm output impedance for high voltage outputs and a 21ohm impedance for active clamp. The high voltage outputs can provide 2A (typ) output current. It use two logic inputs per channel to control the positive and negative pulses and has a dedicated input to control the active clamp. It is used in flaw detection, piezoelectric drivers, test instruments and cleaning equipment.
- Supply voltage range is 2.3V to 6V
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- High density quad-channel pulser in one package, CMOS-compatible logic inputs
- 0 to +220V unipolar or ±110V bipolar outputs
- 8.5ohm (typ) output impedance and 2A (typ) output current
- 21ohm (typ) always on active clamp with integrated blocking diodes
- No special power supply sequencing required for trilevel applications
- Matched rise/fall times and matched propagation delays
