Product Overview
LTC2630HSC6-LZ10#TRMPBF is a 10bit, voltage-output DAC with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift reference. LTC2630-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The part uses a simple SPI/MICROWIRE™ compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, and automotive.
- 2.5V full scale voltage, internal reference mode
- Reset to zero-scale power on reset, 10bit resolution
- SPI serial interface, double-buffered data latches
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, guaranteed monotonic over temperature
- Differential nonlinearity is ±0.5LSB maximum at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Integral nonlinearity is ±0.2LSB typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Offset error is ±0.5LSB typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is -80dB typical at (VCC = 3V ±10% or 5V ±10%)
- Output voltage noise is 20µVP-P typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, supply as reference)
- Automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 6-lead SC70 package
