Product Overview
HMC480ST89E is a InGaP HBT gain block MMIC SMT amplifier covering DC to 5GHz. The amplifier can be used as a cascadable 50 Ohm RF/IF gain stage as well as a LO or PA driver with up to +20dBm P1dB output power for cellular/3G, FWA, CATV, microwave radio and test equipment applications.
- Gain is 19dB (typ, DC - 1.0GHz, Vs= 8.0V, Rbias= 39Ohm, TA = +25°C)
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.008dB/ °C (typ, DC - 5GHz, Vs= 8.0V, Rbias= 39Ohm, TA = +25°C)
