Product Overview
HMC270AMS8GE is a broad-band non-reflective GaAs SPDT switches. Covering DC to 8GHz, the switch offers excellent isolation from 70 to 35dB. The negative control voltage of -5volts allows operation down to DC. If positive control is required along with high isolation, see the DC to 3.5GHz HMC284AMS8GE non-reflective SPDT. It is widely used in applications such as CATV, MMDS & wireless LAN, wireless local loop etc.
- Insertion loss is 0.8dB typical at (DC - 2GHz, TA = +25°C, with 0/-5V control)
- Isolation is 53dB typical at (DC - 2GHz, TA = +25°C, with 0/-5V control)
- Return loss is 14dB typical at (DC - 2GHz, TA = +25°C, with 0/-5V control)
- Input power for 1dB compression is 28dBm typical at (0.5GHz to 8GHz, TA = +25°C)
