Product Overview
ADPA1107 is a gallium nitride (GaN), broadband power amplifier, delivering 45dBm (35W) with 56.5% typical power added efficiency (PAE) across a bandwidth of 4.8GHz to 6GHz. It provides ±0.5dB gain flatness from 5.4GHz to 6GHz. This device is ideal for pulsed applications such as radar, public mobile radio, and general-purpose amplification. It is widely used in application such as weather radars, marine radars, military radars etc.
- Input return loss is 7.5dB typical at (TBASE = 25°C, VDD = 28V)
- Output return loss is 12dB typical at (TBASE = 25°C, VDD = 28V)
- Power gain is 20.3dB typical at (TBASE = 25°C, VDD = 28V)
