ADP170AUJZ-1.5-R7

ADP170AUJZ-1.5-R7 is a low voltage input, low quiescent current, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator designed to operate from 1.6V to 3.6V and provide up to 300mA of output current. With a mere 66mV dropout voltage at 300mA load, it offers improved efficiency and enables operation over a wide input voltage range. Its low quiescent current of 23µA at a 0mA load makes it ideal for battery-operated portable equipment. The ADP170 is optimized for stable operation with small 1µF ceramic output capacitors, reducing footprint and cost. Its excellent transient performance makes it ideal for powering digital processors, while its low output noise performance eliminates the need for an additional bypass capacitor, further reducing PCB component count. Applications include mobile phones, digital camera and audio devices, portable and battery-powered equipment, DSP/FPGA/microprocessor supplies, post dc-dc regulation.

• Load regulation is 0.001%/mA typical at (OUT = 1mA to 300mA, TA = 25°C)
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 5-lead TSOT package
