Product Information
Product Overview
ADM810 is a supervisory circuit. It monitors the power supply voltage in microprocessor system. It provide a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. On power-up, an internal timer holds reset asserted for 240ms. This holds the microprocessor in a reset state until conditions have stabilized. The reset comparator features built-in glitch immunity, making it immune to fast transients on VCC. It is widely used in application such as microprocessor systems, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments etc.
- Low power consumption is 17μA
- Reset assertion down to 1V VC
- Push-pull RESET output
- Operating voltage range is 1V to 5.5V at (TA = 0°C to 70°C)
- Reset threshold voltage is 4.63V
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
- Packaging style is 3-lead SOT-23
