Product Overview
ADL8109ACPZN is a 1GHz to 20GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) with 36.5dBm RF input power survivability. The ADL8109 has a gain of 15dB, an output power for 1dB compression (OP1dB) of 16dBm, a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 28dBm, and a noise figure of 3dB from 8GHz to 18GHz. This LNA operates on a 5V supply voltage (VDD) and has a nominal quiescent current (IDQ) of 110mA. The ADL8109 also features a RF input and output that are internally matched to 50 ohm. Typical applications include telecommunications, satellite communications, military radar, civil radar, electronic warfare and test and measurement equipment.
