AD9230BCPZ-250

AD9230 is a 12bit monolithic sampling analogue-to-digital converter optimized for high performance, low power, and ease of use. Typical application includes wireless and wired broadband communications, cable reverse path, communications test equipment, radar and satellite subsystems and power amplifier linearization.

• SNR = 63.9dB, ENOB of 10.4bits, SFDR = −79dBc at fIN up to 70MHz at 250MSPS
• Excellent linearity: DNL = ±0.3LSB typ, INL = ±0.5LSB typ and 700MHz full power analogue bandwidth
• LVDS at 250MSPS (ANSI-644 levels), low power dissipation: 434mW at SDR mode and 400mW at DDR mode
• On-chip reference, no external decoupling required
• Integrated input buffer and track-and-hold
• Programmable I/P voltage: 1V to 1.5V, 1.25V nominal, 1.8V analogue and digital supply operation
• Selectable output data format (offset binary, twos complement, grey code)
• Integrated data capture clock
• 56 lead LFCSP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
