Product Overview
108333-HMC241ALP3 is an evaluation board for HMC241ALP3E GaAs, nonreflective, SP4T switch. HMC241ALP3E is a general-purpose, nonreflective, 100MHz to 4GHz single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch manufactured using a gallium arsenide (GaAs) process. This switch offers high isolation of 43dB typical at 2GHz, low insertion loss of 0.7dB at 2GHz, and on-chip termination of the isolated ports.
