Product Overview
TMC6140-EVAL-KIT is a set of one MCU board Landungsbrücke, one Eselsbrücke bridge board and one TMC6140-EVAL driver board. It allows for a quick and simple start within only minutes to make your motor turning.
- 3-phase motors up to 32A RMS coil current
- Voltage range from 6VDC to 30VDC
- Gate drive 0.5A or 1.0A
- 3.3V switching regulator (0.5A) with internal schottky diode (up to 100mA)
- Charge pump pin to utilize buck converter for step-up converter
- 3 bottom shunt amplifiers
- Analog programmable short detect
- Two low power modes with 0.25mA standby current consumption
- Diagnostics output via UART-TxD
