Product Overview
The VOL628A is a 1-channel 4-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler with AC input. It has two GaAs infrared emitting diodes, which are optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. It features a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance and high isolation voltage. The coupling device is designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits.
