Product Overview
The BD9G101G-TR is a step-down switching Voltage Regulator with built-in internal high-side 42V power MOSFET. It provides 0.5ADC output. Operating frequency is fixed 1.5MHz, allowing the use of small inductor and ceramic capacitor. Phase compensation components is built-in.
