S12ZVML-MINIKIT is a S12ZVML-MINIBRD with a Linix PM motor. The MINIBRD board designed to demonstrate the minimal hardware configuration needed for a 3-phase BLDC and PMSM sensorless motor control application to achieve minimum board size.
- MC9S12ZVML128 MCU
- Power supply voltage in the range of -25V to +25V, nominal +12V
- Reverse battery protection
- Load current in range of -10A to +10A
- Load current monitoring
- Boost circuitry designed to allow driving Vgs = 10V MOSFETs from a +3.5V power supply
- On-board charge pumps to allow driving the high side MOSFETs
- Analogue and digital inputs for target application control and monitoring
- Board size of 5cm x 9cm
