KEMET Ceramic
KEMET Ceramic is designed to solve 3 common major issues in an Industrial Application.
- Cracking-KEMET develops FT-CAP (Flex Termination) solutions to mitigate cracking issue.
- High temperature-X8L and X8R are both AEC-Q200. X8L can achieve higher capacitance (up to 10uF) and X8R can achieve higher voltage (100V).
- High voltage-KEMET offers Vr 500V~1000V, with flexible termination technology arc-shield MLCC. Surface mount high voltage C0G MLCCs, capacitance extensions (500-300 VDC)-industry leading and First-to-Market values. High voltage C0G with Flexible Termination, HV FT-CAP.
KEMET Polymer Tantalum Focus
- High voltage-T521 series, High Voltage Polymer range is 16V to 63V. Rated temperature 105 and 125°C
- High energy-T521, 545, 522 Store energy and release it as quickly as possible, key application is power back up
- T521 can achieve higher Voltage
- T545 can achieve higher Capacitance and is 100% thermal shock test screened (high end performance)
- T522 is low leakage solution
- Low ESR/ESL-T528
- T528 key feature is LOW ESR and LOW, good in High Frequency environments
