The VISHAY - MMB 0207 HV series professional high voltage thin film MELF resistors. These are the perfect choice for most fields of modern professional electronics where reliability and stability are of major concern. The devices typical applications in the fields of lighting and medical equipment reflect the outstanding level of proven reliability.
  • Matte Sn termination on Ni barrier layer
  • Operating temperature range -55 to 155°C
  • 1000V high operating voltage (Umax)
  • Advanced metal film technology, intrinsic sulphur resistance, excellent pulse load capability
  • DIN size is 0207, resistance tolerance is ±1%
  • Resistance range includes E24 and E96 decade values from 340Kohm to 10Mohm
  • Temperature coefficient is ±50ppm/K, voltage coefficient is < 2ppm/V
  • Rated dissipation is 1.0W
  • High voltage resistor
