Product Overview

The TESTO 104-IR is a dual purpose IR and penetration thermometer. It features precise 2-point laser with 10:1 optics for exact, error free measurements. This super rugged design thermometer is built for extreme, everyday use. The Testo 104 is ideal for both food inspectors and receiving departments. With the ability to scan surface temperatures from a distance using IR sensor and fast response folding NTC penetration probe for core temperature checks, the 104 IR is an ideal thermometer for all aspects of food industry. It is a versatile, waterproof (IP65) penetration thermometer combined with an infrared sensor for both contact and non-contact temperature measurements. The Testo 104-IR scans the surface temperature of individual foods or entire pallets from a distance with the highest accuracy. If a limit value is exceeded or undershot, the folding penetration probe is also able to measure core temperature. The penetration probe is always secure and neatly folds away when not in use.

  • Hold or auto hold (immersion probe) measurement mode, temperature °C/°F/°R measurement value
  • High quality, robust folding joint for rough work projects, handy, practical & easily fits in pocket
  • Operating temperature range from -20°C to 50°C and 2 AAA batteries with 10h (typical) battery life
