Product Overview

The PIC18F47J53-I/PT is a high-performance USB Microcontroller with nanoWatt XLP technology. The PIC18F47J53-I/PT features include deep sleep mode for low power application, high memory density for more complex application, Peripheral Pin Select for design flexibility for mapping peripherals to I/O pins, RTCC module for real time applications and CTMU module for easy capacitive touch user interface. The PIC18F47J53 family implements the optional extension to the PIC18 instruction set, adding eight new instructions and an Indexed Addressing mode. Enabled as a device configuration option, the extension has been specifically designed to optimize re-entrant application code originally developed in high-level languages, such as C.
  • Universal serial bus - USB V2.0 compliant, supports control/interrupt/isochronous & bulk transfers
  • Power management with nanoWatt XLP
  • Flexible oscillator structure - High-precision PLL for USB and internal, 31kHz oscillator
  • Peripheral - 4 programmable external interrupts and input change interrupts
  • Hardware RTCC provides clock, calendar and alarm functions
  • Charge time measurement unit (CTMU) - Supports capacitive touch screens
  • Self programming flash supports 10k erase/write cycles and 20-year retention
  • Low-power and high-speed CMOS flash technology
  • Self-programmable under software control
  • Priority levels for interrupts
  • Single-supply In-Circuit Serial Programming™ (ICSP™) via two pins
  • On-chip 2.5V regulator
