16089A-AU is a test fixture with large kelvin clip leads makes it possible to measure odd-shaped components that cannot be measured with conventional fixtures. It is equipped with two insulated Kelvin clips.

- Applicable instruments: E4980A/AL, E4981A, E4990A
- Frequency range from 5Hz to 100KHz
- Maximum voltage of ±42V peak (AC+DC)
