Product Overview
The IRS2336DMTRPBF from Infineon is a high voltage 3-phase gate driver in 48 pin MLPQ package. It is a high voltage, high speed, power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver with three high-side and three low-side referenced output channels for 3-phase applications (drives up to six IGBT/MOSFET power devices). This IC is designed to be used with low-cost bootstrap power supplies. The bootstrap diode functionality has been integrated into this device to reduce component count and PCB size. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies have been implemented in a rugged monolithic structure. Typically used at appliance motor drives, servo drives, micro inverter drives and general purpose three phase inverters.
- 10V to 20V low-side supply voltage, Voffset is <= 600V
- 200mA/350mA output high/low short circuit pulsed current
- 8.9V/8.2V VCC supply undervoltage positive/negative going threshold
- Over-current, shoot-through (cross-conduction) and integrated deadtime protection
- Advanced input filter, over-temperature shutdown input
- Undervoltage lockout for VCC & VBS, enable/disable input and fault reporting
- Adjustable fault clear timing, separate logic and power grounds
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- 3.3V input logic compatible, tolerant to negative transient voltage
- 530ns/530ns ton/toff propagation delay, 275ns deadtime (typical)
