The AFD54-24-61PZ from Deutsch is AFD series, MIL-DTL-26482 series II equivalent jam nut receptacle with 61 contacts. The high reliability AFD series miniature circular connectors with quick connect bayonet coupling have well-proven electrical capability to withstand extreme shock, exposure and vibration. These connectors have triple wire seal for sealing over a wide range of wire diameters and raised moisture barriers around each pin for individual contact sealing. They are intermateable with Souriau connectors, all MIL-DTL-26482 series I connectors and MIL-DTL-26482 series II connectors. AFD series connectors are designed for harsh environments and have high quality contact retention system.
- Five keyway, three point bayonet coupling with optional rotational polarization
- High density connectors
- Rear release crimp contact system for superior contact stability
- Closed entry socket insert for positive pin alignment
- Insulation resistance is 5000Mohm at 25˚C
- 500 mating cycles
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 200°C
- Aluminium alloy body material with electroless nickel plating
- Copper alloy crimp pin contacts with gold plating
