Product Overview
ADP3300 is a high accuracy 50mA low dropout linear regulator. The ADP3300 stands out from conventional LDOs with a novel architecture and an enhanced process. Its patented design requires only a 0.47µF output capacitor for stability. Typical application includes cellular telephones, notebook, palmtop computers, battery powered systems, PCMCIA regulators, bar code scanners, camcorders and cameras.
- High accuracy over line and load of ±0.8% at 25°C, ±1.4% over temperature
- Ultralow dropout voltage of 80mV typical at 50mA
- Requires only Co = 0.47µF for stability
- anyCAP = stable with all types of capacitors (Including MLCC)
- Current and thermal limiting
- Low noise and dropout detector
- Low shutdown current of 1µA and 3V to 12V supply range
- Several fixed voltage options and excellent line, load regulation
- 6 lead SOT-23 package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
