Product Overview
SFH 9206 SMT Reflective Sensors. The SFH 9206 family from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors are reflective sensors with a phototransistor output. They come in a surface-mounted (SMD) package containing and 950 nm LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor. The package also features a daylight filter. Suitable applications for the SFH 9206 reflective sensors include; position reporting, end position switch, speed regulation and motion transmitters.
- 940nm emitter in combination with a silicon NPN phototransistor
- Optimal operating distance 1 mm to 5 mm
- Daylight cut-off filter
- Emitter and detector electrically isolated
