Product Overview

The SN75451BD is a dual peripheral driver in 8 pin SOIC package. This driver is used for high current switching at very high speed. It is designed for use in systems that employ TTL logic. Diode clamped inputs simplify circuit design. Typical applications include high speed logic buffers, power drivers, relay drivers, lamp drivers, MOS drivers, line drivers and memory drivers.
