Product Overview

The TS393IDT is a micro-power dual CMOS Voltage Comparator with extremely low consumption of 9µA typically per comparator. Similar performance is offered by the dual micro-power comparator TS3702 with a push-pull CMOS output. Thus response times remain similar to the LM393 device.

  • Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
  • 10¹²R High input impedance
  • Fast response time - 2.5µs for 5mV overdrive
  • Pin-to-pin and functionally compatible with dual bipolar LM393
