Product Overview

The MBRD835LG is a SWITCHMODE power Rectifier Diode with epoxy moulded case and all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. This Schottky rectifier with a proprietary barrier metal is designed for output rectifiers, free wheeling, protection and steering diodes, switching power supplies, inverters and other inductive switching circuits.

  • Lead formed for surface mount
  • 260°C Maximum for 10 seconds lead and mounting surface temperature for soldering purposes
