Product Overview

The 74LVC00AD is a quad 2-input NAND Gate, Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs makes the circuit tolerant of slower input rise and fall times. Inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. This feature allows the use of these devices as translators in mixed 3.3V and 5V applications.

  • Direct interface with TTL levels
  • Complies with JEDEC standard - JESD8-7A, JESD8-5A and JESD8-C/JESD36
  • ESD protection - HBM JESD22-A114E >2000V, MM JESD22-A115-A >200V, CDM JESD22-C101E >1000V
