element14 offers free freight for all orders over $45 (excluding GST).

For orders under the value of $45.00 our packaging, handling and delivery charge for deliveries up to 20kg is $12.95 (excluding GST).

Any orders exceeding 20kg (which includes dimensional weight calculations) will be subject to additional freight charges and shipped via an off-peak service.

Express or Standard courier delivery is available; please contact our sales office to discuss options.

Following are some tips to help you ensure your order is eligible for free freight:

• Buy with colleagues
  Ask your colleagues if they wish to combine their orders with yours. Our free purchasing tools like i-Buy, can help with consolidation of company orders.
• Consolidate your orders
  If you are placing two orders in a short period of time, why not wait and send them in as one order to ensure you are eligible for free freight? Just request this at time of ordering or add it to "special instructions" on your online order form.
• Add more products to your order
  If your order is less than $45 at the time you wish to order, you may want to think about adding some batteries, torches or tools to your order to boost the value and ensure you are eligible for free delivery with your order.
