Product Overview

The MCC310-16IO1 is a 7-pin Phase-leg Thyristor Module. The thyristor design provides the electrical isolation between the base plate of the module and the parts subject to voltage conventional multilayer module construction by the DCB (Direct Copper Bonding) technique. The module base contacts are available in volume with two standardized twin plugs for gate and auxiliary cathode control terminals.
